Job summary

You will work with data systems to investigate discrepancies, monitor KPI dashboards, and ensure accuracy of 560/999 reports. Strong attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process outbound customer shipments based on inventory levels and customer requirements.
• Retrieve data for 560 and 999 reports and investigate and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor and manage inventory M Hold status as appropriate.
• Maintain and update the Daily Dock Report.
• Monitor email and Teams communications for critical customer shipping requirements.
• Review and analyze Power BI dashboards for KPI accuracy.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and communicate findings to warehouse management.
• Audit JDE transactions for compliance.
• Maintain warehouse shipping documentation and records through SharePoint.
• Participate in physical inventory activities.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the warehouse as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
