Job summary

Arrive Logistics in Tempe, AZ is seeking a detail-oriented Client Success Associate to manage daily operations of existing and new client accounts. You will build loads, schedule pickups, track shipments, and provide timely updates to internal teams and customers.

You will communicate proactively with shippers, consignees, and carrier reps, resolve issues, and strive for best-in-class service while developing knowledge of Arrive's operations.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced and able to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
• Polished communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, both verbal & written.
• Able to take verbal/written instruction and execute with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Manage load board on a daily basis with data entry in load building and scheduling.
• Focus on accuracy and timeliness while building loads for customer accounts.
• Obtain pickup and delivery appointments from shippers and consignees within the customer network.
• Deliver effective and timely communication with Carrier reps and customer contacts when rescheduling pickups and deliveries, and providing tracking updates
• Proactively communicate with customer contacts when a shipment will be delayed.
