CMA CGM Group is seeking a Client Solutions Representative, PPS, to act as the frontline advocate for our clients. You will leverage knowledge of international trade, import/export regulations, and supply chain processes to deliver top-tier support and innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication across channels.
• Ability to navigate complex logistics and regulatory information.
• Proven multitasking and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and logistics software used in shipping.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails within KPIs; build rapport with customers.
• Provide shipment updates using rail and terminal information.
• Coordinate between external and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Update tracking reports and assist with problem resolution (damaged cargo, lost containers).
• Conduct root-cause analysis for service failures and drive recovery.
• Seek training and opportunities to improve processes.
