Job summary

L’Oréal USA, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Clerk in Walton, KY. You will ensure accurate receiving and shipping documentation, coordinate inbound and outbound freight, and support regular inventory checks.

The role requires at least 1 year in a warehouse/manufacturing environment and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This is a weekend daytime shift, supporting a fast-moving distribution center. You will collaborate with the Operations Supervisor and other teams to ensure safe, efficient operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis is required; no sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound freight to comply with warehouse operations and capacities; inspect and receive all inbound freight; issue daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports; perform daily yard checks.
• Schedule outbound freight to comply with warehouse operations and capacities; inspect and ship all outbound freight; issue daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports; seal loaded containers and truck doors.
• Ensure the accuracy of all shipping/receiving documents; collect documentation for inbound freight and route to proper records.
• Ensure inbound pallets are accurate and free of damage; report quality variances; work with carriers to ensure orders arrive on the correct date.
• Ensure outbound pallets are accurate and free of damage; report quality variances; coordinate with carriers to ship on schedule.
• Maintain inventory control records and support physical inventories; keep a clean, safe workspace; comply with OHSA standards.
