Job summary

L’Oréal USA, Inc is seeking a MMS II-Physical Flows professional for a Mon-Fri 2nd shift in Streetsboro, OH. You will replenish pick areas, process orders, and prepare shipments while adhering to safety and quality standards. The role requires forklift certification and comfort with warehouse technology like SAP and RF scanners.

Overtime and weekend work may be required. Strong teamwork and effective communication across departments are essential, with the ability to operate powered equipment

Qualifications

• Experience in distribution or warehouse operations.
• Must obtain forklift certification (written and hands-on).
• Ability to communicate effectively with team and other departments.
• General computer knowledge; SAP/RF familiarity a plus.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Replenish pick areas and process manual orders; prepare shipments.
• Perform on-site/off-site warehousing duties and move materials with equipment.
• Fulfill orders by picking, packing, and prepping for shipping; use SAP and RF as needed.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are consistently followed.
• Sortation duties including lifting, palletizing, and dock movement.
