Job summary

L’Oréal Walton, KY is hiring a Warehouse Operator for the 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:05 PM, Mon–Fri). You will handle order processing and forklift tasks, ensuring accurate order selection, safe operation, and timely shipping. The role requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, basic computer skills, and overtime availability.

Experience in distribution/warehouse settings and forklift skills are preferred. SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have general computer knowledge (SAP experience a plus).
• Must be able to work overtime (including weekends).
• Preferred 1-2 years Distribution/Warehouse experience.
• Must be able to lift, pull and push up to 50lbs.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment and palletize for shipping; use RF scanners and WMS.
• Train newly hired employees on tasks within case picking operations.
• Promote a safe working environment and follow safety procedures.
• Check inventory accuracy and assist in physical inventories; rotate stock in WMS.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and assist in warehouse security.
• Load/unload product; transport to storage; replenish stock to maintain order flow.
