Job summary

L'Oreal USA, Inc is hiring a MMS II- Warehouse Operator for the 3rd shift in Walton, KY. The role focuses on order processing and forklift operations to ensure accurate orders reach the shipping dock safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include picking orders, labeling, packing, using RF scanners and the WMS, training new hires, and maintaining safety practices. Overtime and weekend work are required as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have general computer knowledge.
• Must be able to work overtime including weekends.
• Preferred 1–2 years Distribution/Warehouse experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis; no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment and palletize for shipping; transport pallets to shipping locations.
• Train new hires on tasks in case picking operations.
• Support safety practices and maintain a clean, orderly warehouse.
• Check inventory accuracy, report discrepancies, and assist with physical inventories.
• Maintain proper stock rotation in the WMS and ensure correct labeling and packaging.
