• Share shipment status and delivery schedule updates with carriers and internal teams.
• Track carrier performance and support freight cost monitoring.
• Read and interpret work orders, packing slips, and labels.
• Process receiving transactions and maintain transportation, receiving, and inventory records in the ERP system.
• Provide administrative support to the Logistics Manager and Logistics Coordinators.
• Follow all safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
