Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound freight scheduling and inspections; ensure timely reporting and yard checks.
• Coordinate outbound freight scheduling and shipments; issue daily/weekly/monthly activity reports.
• Verify accuracy of receiving documents; reconcile counts with packing lists and POs; resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure pallets and pallets paperwork meet requirements; coordinate with carriers for on-time arrivals.
• Maintain inventory records and conduct physical inventories; support security practices.
• Keep work area clean and safe; follow OHSA standards; coordinate with other departments.
