Qualifications

• Five+ years of executive financial experience in logistics, transport, or warehousing.
• Strong accounting oversight and financial management background.
• Expertise in month-end close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and controls.
• Experience managing and developing accounting/finance staff.
• Proven cash flow, working capital and capital planning skills.
• Partner with operations to drive financial performance.
• Strong analytical, organizational and leadership abilities.
• Able to balance hands-on oversight with strategic leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations across transportation, brokerage, warehousing, and distribution.
• Manage controller and accounting/finance staff.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
