Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a General Manager II to lead our Logistics Center in a dynamic, 24/7 operation. You will set the vision, drive performance, and own the P&L while coordinating across shifts and functions to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires 8+ years in high-volume logistics, 5+ years of leadership across salaried and hourly teams, and a proven track record in safety, process optimization, and customer focus.

Qualifications

• BA in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in high-volume logistics or distribution.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing salaried and hourly teams.
• Proven P&L management success.
• Deep knowledge of warehouse operations, safety, labor management, and process optimization.
• Strong communication and organizational skills — both on the floor and in the boardroom.
• Experience with WMS systems and warehouse tech; RF, Blue Yonder, Korber, and AS/400 are a plus.
• A proven track record in developing and implementing proactive employee relations strategies that enhance morale, engagement, and retention.
• Experience coaching and developing managers on best practices in employee management and conflict resolution.
• Bonus points for experience in food-grade or healthcare logistics environments.

Responsibilities

• Elevate the Customer Experience: Be the face of CJ Logistics to our clients — anticipate needs, solve problems, and foster long-term relationships.
• Fuel Continuous Improvement: Implement scalable processes and challenge the status quo with a mindset for operational excellence.
