Job summary

Comprehensive Logistics Inc. (CLI) seeks a dynamic Plant General Manager to lead all plant operations in a high-tech, growth-focused environment. You will drive P&L, launches, and project initiatives while maintaining strong customer relationships and regional brand growth.

Qualified candidates have automotive/3PL experience, lean/process improvement expertise, and a record of launching operations. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with 5+ years in logistics leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field required.
Minimum five years of operational logistics/supply chain experience.
Automotive and/or third-party logistics experience required.
Experience with VAA/manufacturing and robotics preferred.
Strong problem-solving using root-cause analysis, safety and labor relations.
Proven track record in Lean and continuous improvement, with launch experience.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of salaried and hourly staff and report to Head of Business Unit.
Oversee all plant operations, budgets, and KPI performance.
Build and maintain customer relationships and grow the AXVOR brand regionally.
Drive P&L, project management, and launch management initiatives.
Institute daily/weekly direction and monitor operations for efficiency.
Ensure safe workplace and enforce policies; coordinate with corporate resources.
Execute continuous improvement using lean principles and audits.
