• Current student or recent graduate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Florida FIU and FAU students are target candidates; comparable programs may be considered.
• Interest in logistics, freight forwarding, international trade, and customer engagement.
• Willingness to learn CRM and campaign tools; strong communication and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Learn Blue Water Shipping’s services, value proposition, and customer stories.
• Develop knowledge of freight forwarding, ocean freight, imports/exports, reefer logistics.
• Participate in onboarding, campaigns, and outreach programs.
• Research prospective importers/exporters in Food & Beverage, reefer, and general cargo markets.
• Conduct introductory calls, explain services, and tell the company story professionally.
• Qualify prospective customers and identify pricing requests or sales opportunities.
• Support sales with prospect research, outreach, follow-up, and lead handoff.
• Maintain accurate prospect and lead information in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Use Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and campaign tools.
