Job summary

Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Brokerage Coordinator to keep freight moving by coordinating third-party transportation and fostering strong shipper/carrier relationships.

You will negotiate rates, monitor pickups/deliveries, and maintain transportation data in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year of relevant experience, with familiarity in the transportation industry and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of relevant experience in logistics or brokerage.
• Experience as a freight broker and knowledge of trucking/transportation are preferred.
• Strong organization, data entry, and multitasking abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate third-party inbound and outbound transportation.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with shippers and carriers.
• Negotiate freight rates balancing cost and service.
• Ensure timely pickups and deliveries and accurate data tracking.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address transportation needs.
• Troubleshoot issues and adapt to changing priorities.
