Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and ensure safe work practices.
• Direct and optimize operations in the assigned geographic area.
• Communicate required reports to relevant departments.
• Review reports for safety, compliance, and performance issues.
• Monitor branch performance and address recurring problems.
• Provide leadership in a secure, respectful team environment.
• Ensure staff follow policies and regulations.
• Conduct field visits to inspect equipment and working environment.
• Collaborate with District Manager on safety stats and reporting.
• Aggressively market services and seek growth opportunities.
• Prepare annual budget with capital expenditures and cost controls.
• Monitor inventory and purchasing for cost effectiveness and compliance.
• Ensure regulatory certification compliance.
• Perform annual performance reviews and support niche markets.
• Identify growth opportunities for the company.
• Direct weekly information-sharing meetings.
• Participate in compensation, training, and bonuses recommendations.
• Follow local, state and federal regulations.
• Operate vehicles per DOT and regulations.
• Observe environmental health and safety guidelines.
• Performs other duties.
