Job summary

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) is seeking a Logistics Associate for our Main Campus to support timely receiving and distribution of supplies to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients. You will manage procurement software, verify deliveries, and help optimize stock levels and DME distributions.

Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm, with flexibility for alternate holidays and weekends; some days may run 7am–3pm. Location: 1275 York Ave, New York, NY.

Responsibilities

• Order supplies from vendors and manage procurement software.
• Prevent stock-outs by proactive ordering and offering alternatives when items are unavailable.
• Notify management of supply shortages and suggest cost-saving measures.
• Verify deliveries, unpack, and distribute all supplies accurately and timely within General Stores.
• Monitor expiration dates and replenish supplies and DME daily.
• Process returns and oversee deliveries using VueturaTrac.
• Inspect received items for accuracy and report discrepancies.
