Job summary

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, NY seeks a Materials Management professional to oversee General Stores operations, order supplies from vendors, verify deliveries, unpack and distribute items accurately, and monitor stock levels and expiration dates.

You will work with the Assistant Manager, Materials Management, ensure timely Restocking, manage DME and deliveries via VueturaTrac, and help prevent shortages while supporting high-quality patient care at MSK's main campus.

• Prevent stock-outs by proactively ordering and offering alternatives when items are unavailable.
• Notify management of supply shortages and suggest cost-saving measures.
• Verify deliveries, unpack, and distribute all supplies accurately and timely within General Stores.
• Monitor expiration dates and replenish supplies and DME daily.
• Process returns, manage supply distribution, DME distribution, and oversee deliveries using VueturaTrac.
• Inspect received items for accuracy and report discrepancies.

Role Overview:

• Order supplies from vendors and manage software systems like Helios, Vuetura, and Coupa.

Additional Information:

• Location: 1275 York Ave, New York, NY (Main Campus)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm. Must be flexible, alternate Holidays and Weekends, 7am to 3pm

Pay Range: $23.49 - $32.46FSLA Status: Non-Exempt
