Responsibilities

• Order supplies from vendors and manage software systems like Helios, Vuetura, and Coupa.
• Prevent stock-outs by proactively ordering and offering alternatives when items are unavailable.
• Notify management of supply shortages and suggest cost-saving measures.
• Verify deliveries, unpack, and distribute all supplies accurately and timely within General Stores.
• Monitor expiration dates and replenish supplies and DME daily.
• Process returns, manage supply distribution, DME distribution, and oversee deliveries using VueturaTrac.
• Inspect received items for accuracy and report discrepancies.
