HonorBuilt in McDonough, GA is seeking a Logistics Associate for our IT Provisioning Warehouse. You will receive, inspect, inventory, and store inbound shipments, and provision IT equipment by imaging POS, servers, computers, and configuring switches and Wi-Fi access points.

The role requires a detail-oriented individual with warehousing experience and a technical aptitude who can coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate, timely deliveries to clients. This is a full-time night shift.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a technical environment (academic, personal, or professional).
• 1+ years of warehousing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Windows environments.
• Successful background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Accept incoming orders daily.
• Organize stock by unboxing and stocking shelves.
• Maintain accurate records of stocked goods and shipments.
• Verify incoming shipments against invoices; ensure condition.
• Pack items for shipping per company standards.
• Provide status updates on nightly jobs.

HonorBuilt is looking for a motivated individual to fill the position of Logistics Associate in our IT Provisioning Warehouse. The position is based out of McDonough, GA. Our associates receive, inspect, inventory, and store inbound shipments. They provision IT equipment by imaging restaurant Point of Sale, Servers, Computers, and configure Switches, Wi-Fi Access Points and more. As inventory is shipped out, our warehouse associates work with other departments to coordinate accurate and timely deliveries to our clients.

This position is direct hire. The position will be full-time, Monday-Friday 10PM to 7AM with an hour lunch break. It includes benefits, and 401K contribution. Our ideal candidate is someone with warehousing experience, technical aptitude, and a desire to gain fundamental knowledge in IT.
Essential Functions:

• Accept incoming orders on a daily basis.
• Organize stock by unboxing and stocking shelves in designated location.
• Maintain accurate records of products that have been stocked and provide management with an accurate representation of all goods shipped and received.
• Verify all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice to the order and ensure all goods are in excellent condition.
• Properly pack items to be shipped according to company standards to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
• Ensures all scheduled jobs are completed on time and/or address any issues that may have been encountered.
• Provides updates as required, with the completion status of scheduled nightly jobs.
• Performs QA Checks, as documented, for tasks completed.
• Follow standard procedure for the proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal or external teams following failed migrations.
• Follow documentation for deploying images to various types of hardware for our customer base.
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware issues for various PC makes and models using manufacturers’ diagnostic programs.
• Testing hardware configurations to ensure compatibility with customer software.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, for computers and restaurant Point of Sale systems.
• Replacing internal PC parts through manufacturer warranty programs.
• Communication with our customers and other internal departments is critical - keeping them informed of build progress for hot spare requests as well as project work.
• Follow documentation and provide feedback for procedural improvements.

• Must be willing and able to maintain a flexible work schedule.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes in work priorities while managing expectations and competing demands.
• Strong interpersonal skills are required to interact collaboratively with various teams across organizational lines, including the helpdesk agents, project managers, and field technicians.
• Ability to follow established processes and procedures.
• Must be able to work with little to no immediate supervision.
• Ability to adapt to changing procedures and equipment.
• Escalate issues that cannot be completed within given documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Candidate Requirements include:

• 1+ years of experience in a personal, academic, or professional technical environment.
• 1+ years of warehousing experience.
• Hands-on experience and strong working knowledge of Windows environments.
• A successful background check, drug screening and technical interview. We are a drug-free workplace, and this includes marijuana/THC. There are no exceptions to this.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to walk distances up to a half mile.
• Ability to work while standing on concrete surface continuously.
• Ability to work while bending, squatting, and kneeling.
• Ability to work while extending your arms/hands overhead.
• Climbing and working on ladders up to 12 feet.
• Lifting objects up to 100 lbs.
