Job summary

The Logistics Associate at Sid Mashburn and Ann Mashburn will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, work closely with mills, freight partners, and the Mashburn DC to ensure timely, cost-effective logistics. The role supports the logistics manager and helps build out the logistics department.

Responsibilities include shipment tracking, ASN transmission, cost tracking, and cross-team coordination; the ideal candidate has Excel skills and comfort working across time zones with overseas vendors.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in logistics, import coordination, or production support.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with an ERP/WMS system is a plus.
• Comfortable working across time zones with overseas vendors and freight partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track all inbound/outbound shipments from mills to Mashburn warehouse.
• Monitor shipment status with freight forwarders and the Mashburn DC.
• Assist origin factories with scheduling freight pickups and send ASNs to DC.
• Communicate delivery timing and discrepancies to DC and Production.
• Own shipping supply inventory and set reorder points to avoid stockouts.
• Support customs broker document requests for timely clearance.
• Maintain ship log and track freight cost trends for leadership.
