Required Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Asset Management Execution - Implement and execute asset-management strategies, policies, and quality practices with minimal supervision, ensuring alignment with the customer's policies and procedures.
- Inventory Tracking - Maintain accurate counts of all products, materials, and supplies across storage locations, ensuring real-time visibility into stock levels.
- Requisition & Order Tracking - Track requisitions and orders through receipt, leveraging the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) for receiving, inventory management, full asset accountability, and proper end-of-life disposal.
- Warehouse Collaboration - Work closely with warehouse teams to optimize storage, organize inventory, and maintain efficient material flow.
- Shipment Verification - Inspect and verify incoming shipments, document variances, and formally issue items to end users.
- Supplier Coordination - Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, shortages, damaged goods, and returns.
- Process Measurement & Improvement - Measure and improve asset-management processes, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Workflow & System Enhancements - Recommend and implement improvements to inventory workflows, storage methods, and tracking systems.
- Storage Area Maintenance - Maintain clean, organized, safe, and efficient storage areas to support effective inventory operations.
*This position requires full-time, onsite attendance Monday through Friday in the Baltimore metropolitan area.
