Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) is a rapidly growing government contractor providing strategic IT services for Defense and Federal customers. We are hiring a Logistics and Facilities Manager for an opportunity in San Antonio, TX.
Job Responsibilities
We seek a full-time Logistics and Facilities Manager with the following capabilities and qualifications:
- Monitor and serve as the primary expert for maintenance, management, and logistical support functions.
- Manage equipment and facility maintenance schedules, facility operations, and logistics daily activities.
- Review mission objectives to determine support needs, coordinating with internal and external units to ensure proper support and evaluate plans for feasibility.
- Establish logistics procedures for receipt, inventory, issue, and accountability of resources, supplies, and services.
- Maintain records for turnover, including final reports and lessons learned.
- Attend meetings as required by the Commanding Officer.
- Support facilities projects, maintenance, and warranty administration.
- Coordinate related projects and transportation needs with relevant agencies and vendors, including managing maintenance and repairs, and transportation services.
- Track and report on the status of all Government vehicles, including maintenance, usage, and condition.
- Ensure regular vehicle maintenance, including inspections, fluid checks, tire and brake replacements, and other preventive measures.
- Maintain vehicle gas cards and ensure drivers are qualified and licensed.
- Generate reports on vehicle usage and maintenance metrics.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years' experience in logistics or facilities management, or 6 years' experience in related fields, preferably Navy or Marine Corps.
- Supervisory experience in logistics or facilities management for at least 2 years.
- Valid state driver's license.
Clearance
- Secret clearance; ability to obtain a Tier 3 background investigation.
Physical and Additional Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk for extended periods and use a computer.
- Other duties as assigned.
