GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Logistics Analyst to develop actionable analyses and improve efficiency across operations in Locust Grove, GA. The role focuses on data extraction, reporting, and reporting tool development to support decision-making.

The candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with multiple departments and leveraging SAP, Excel, and WMS systems to drive cost-saving insights and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 1 year of experience in comprehensive supply chain or logistics.
• Advanced Excel skills, including macros.
• Experience with SAP and reporting from SAP/Excel
• Experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operational analyses of services, projects or general business functions.
• Maintain databases; develop metrics and scorecards to measure and improve performance.
• Research operations data; review reports to identify operational issues across departments.
• Prepare related reports, graphs, charts, presentations and other documents to support analyses.
• Utilize systems and software to develop and maintain reporting tools to support business decisions.
• Perform supplier and location waste walks to generate cost-saving ideas.
