Universal Logistics Holdings, through its Logistics Insight Corporation (LINC) in Mesa, AZ, seeks an Inventory/Quality Analyst to support customer operations and data reporting. The role focuses on defect analysis, productivity monitoring, and ensuring KPI performance while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be proficient in Excel and SAP/EWM, capable of producing timely reports, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, logistics or distribution center environment preferred.
• Able to work a maximum 40 hour work week.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
• Moderate proficiency with office based software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Associate's Degree preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Analysis of customer reported defects on inventory
• Monitoring daily productivity, SOP compliance, KPI performance and invoicing
• Interacting with the customer on a daily basis and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Expert in Microsoft Excel – Other systems: SAP & EWM
• Various reports related to production, quality, safety, timeliness, staffing, maintenance, and discrepancies
• Investigate (and correct) any quality related issues
• Other tasks delegated by the customer and/or Quality Supervisor
