Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking a Logistics Business Analyst to transform data into actionable insights across our supply chain.

You will analyze processes, develop solutions, and work with IT and operations to improve delivery performance, cost efficiency, and customer experience. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in logistics or business analysis, strong SQL/Excel/Snowflake skills, and experience with dashboards and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent; Master’s Degree in Analytics preferred.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or business analysis
• Experience in product management or project management is a plus
• Practical logistics and operational experience

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement process improvements to boost team efficiency and delivery
• Build dashboards tracking KPIs and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with IT and operations to align logistics strategies
• Lead or support logistics projects from concept to implementation
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance across logistics data
