Job summary

Dollar General in Goodlettsville, TN is seeking a Logistics/Analytics professional to develop and execute store shipment plans and drive operational efficiency. You will leverage data analytics to track carrier performance, support cost reductions, and improve overall store and customer experience.

You will analyze vendor data, prepare KPI reports, maintain data integrity, and contribute to cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, supply chain or logistics.
Experience in a customer service environment and resolving issues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports to support decisions.

Develop ad-hoc reports to uncover insights and improve KPIs.
Oversee freight payment processes and manual invoicing workflows.
Manage claims procedures to recover transportation costs.
Maintain and update transportation SOPs for accuracy.
Perform audits to ensure compliance with processes.
