Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain or logistics required.
• Experience in a customer service environment with proven issue resolution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, esp. Excel.
• Retail transportation or carrier experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze carrier and vendor performance data to drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports for data-driven decisions.
• Monitor assets (trailers, rolltainers) and update systems for accountability.
• Oversee freight payment processes and manual invoice workflows for accuracy.
• Manage claims to recover transportation costs relating to merchandise/structure/equipment.
• Maintain transportation SOPs and ensure alignment with best practices.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects to improve overall operations.
