Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience communicating with external carrier contacts and leading status/meetings.
• Strong Excel skills with PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Experience handling large datasets across multiple carriers and formats.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationship management for assigned carriers and lead recurring performance meetings.
• Manage distressed shipment communications and drive issue resolution.
• Resolve invoice exceptions and billing discrepancies for carriers.
• Root-cause OTP and service issues, identifying corrective actions.
• Own recurring performance reporting and data tracking for stakeholders.
• Contribute to the OTP scorecard and ensure data accuracy.
• Produce the Monthly Sales Update for Sales stakeholders.
• Coordinate the QBR Scorecard with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain and troubleshoot dashboards, spreadsheets, and data sources (Power BI).
• Assist in identifying opportunities to reduce transport costs and improve logistics operations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and Sales Ops for alignment with business objectives.

The Analyst, Outbound Logistics manages day-to-day relationships with assigned carriers and owns recurring performance reporting. This includes leading performance meetings, resolving distressed shipments and invoice exceptions, and identifying root causes of service issues.

You'll work closely with Outbound Senior Analysts, Sales Operations, Sales, Finance, and Warehouse teams to ensure carrier performance and reporting remain accurate and reliable. This role provides hands-on experience in carrier management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, with meaningful ownership from day one.

In This Role

• Own day-to-day relationship management for your assigned carriers, including leading their recurring performance meetings and escalating complex issues to the Senior Analyst team as needed
• Manage distressed shipment communications and drive issues to resolution with your assigned carriers
• Resolve invoice exceptions and billing discrepancies for your assigned carriers
• Root-cause On-Time Performance (OTP) and service issues specific to your assigned carriers, identifying corrective actions
• Own recurring performance reporting and data tracking, ensuring data accuracy and on-time delivery to stakeholders
• Contribute to the team's consolidated On-Time Performance (OTP) scorecard, ensuring your carriers' performance data is accurate and complete
• Own the Monthly Sales Update, translating logistics performance data into a clear presentation for Sales stakeholders
• Coordinate the team's QBR Scorecard process, consolidating carrier performance data across the Senior Analyst team into the scorecard used for carrier QBRs
• Maintain and troubleshoot the dashboards, spreadsheets, and data sources (including Power BI) that support your reporting and carrier ownership
• Assist in identifying opportunities to reduce supply chain costs and improve logistics operations, working under the guidance of Senior Analysts on initiatives outside your defined scope
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Warehouse, Sales Ops) to support alignment between Logistics, your carriers, and broader business objectives
• Support ad hoc data and reporting requests from leadership
• Build effective working relationships with cross-functional teams and carrier contacts to ensure a smooth, efficient customer delivery experience

The Ideal Person

• 3+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Experience communicating directly with external carrier contacts, including leading recurring status and performance meetings
• Basic understanding of freight invoice auditing and exception resolution, or willingness to learn
• Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and multi-source data reconciliation
• Working knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization and dashboarding tools
• Experience working with large, imperfect datasets across multiple carriers, systems, and formats
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and recurring deadlines
