Job summary

Four Hands in Austin, TX is seeking a dependable Shipping Associate to join our warehouse team, ensuring accurate and timely movement of goods and supporting shipping/receiving operations. The shift runs 9AM–6PM, Monday to Friday.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of warehouse experience, a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Steel-toed boots are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in warehouse/distribution center operations.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with warehouse management systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance.
• Comfortable with continuous walking, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, and reaching for up to 8 hours per day.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Steel-toed boots or shoes are required during work hours.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload containers and/or trucks.
• Move finished materials to appropriate storage areas within the warehouse.
• Identify items on paperwork including customer orders, labels, manifests, packing lists, stock receipts, and bills of lading.
• Meet productivity requirements as needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will help ensure the accurate and timely movement of goods, supporting both our shipping and receiving operations.

Shift Time: 9AM - 6PM, Monday to Friday

In This Role

• Load and unload containers and or trucks
• Handle finished materials and move them to appropriate storage areas within the warehouse
• Identify items on all paperwork, including customer orders, labels, manifests, packing lists, stock receipts, and bills of lading
• Meet productivity requirements as needed
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment, adhering to safety protocols and company policies

The Ideal Person
