Qualifications

3+ years of experience in logistics or equivalent preferred.
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word (MS Office).
Tableau experience.
Proficient in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Optimize equipment availability and utilization across the CCA region via stock management and data analysis.
Lead container equipment stock management across all CCA countries.
Maintain optimal inventory levels through proactive repositioning and evacuation strategies.
Identify and resolve stock imbalances.
Manage idle equipment reduction initiatives.
Oversee off-hire, sale, and scale-in/scale-out activities.
Analyze logistics KPIs including evacuation performance and costs.
Prepare management reports and develop dashboards.
Collaborate with agencies and district offices to resolve stock discrepancies.
Review movement registration compliance and support EDI issues.
