Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field is required.
• 1-3+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with large datasets and generating business insights.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and manage stock to meet demand while preventing overstocks and ensuring optimal inventory levels.
• Monitor and control stock at plants and manufacturers to optimize capacity, reduce costs, and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Collate forecasts and develop reports on stock levels, forecasts, and operational performance.
• Coordinate production planning and logistics with customer demand and safety stock levels.
• Lead initiatives to prevent overstocking and enhance storage, stock rotation, and transportation plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
