At MLT, we create solutions by empowering our people to fulfill their passion for service. We are seeking a Logistics Analyst Senior with experience in supporting DOD Federal acquisition programs, including knowledge of policy, principles, and organizational protocols.

Job Duties

1. Provide comprehensive logistics support across Product Management Teams within a PMO, ensuring alignment with program requirements and operational efficiency throughout the program lifecycle.
2. Coordinate and participate in logistics events such as LORAs, DMSMS Analyses, Supply Support Analyses, Logistics/Maintenance Demonstrations, Configuration Audits, Test Events, and validation of Technical Publications.
3. Ensure timely deployment of systems with necessary training, including New Equipment, Sustainment, and Instructor/Key Personnel Training.

Acquisition Logistics & Documentation

1. Develop and maintain logistics acquisition documents like LCSPs, ILAs, ILARs, Corrosion Control Plans, Facilities Impact Reports, Disposal Plans, LRFS, and related documents.
2. Support validation activities, including reviews of Technical Publications and Manuals.

Supply Chain & Readiness Analysis

1. Analyze supply and maintenance readiness, evaluate data, and recommend corrective actions.
2. Deliver readiness reports, perform reviews, and develop recommendations for depot repair and logistics funding summaries.

Failure Reporting & Corrective Actions

1. Monitor and analyze FRACAS, and deliver quarterly reports with findings and recommendations.

General Responsibilities

1. Lead and direct integrated logistics support activities for effective lifecycle support.
2. Recommend planning and progress to ensure compliance and optimize logistics networks using advanced software.
3. Determine logistics support sequences considering operational and environmental factors.
4. Mentor less experienced analysts.

Education/Experience

1. HS Diploma required.
2. 3-6 years of relevant acquisition experience.
3. Knowledge of government logistics systems such as TFSMS, TLCM-OST, GCSS-MC, VIPER, WebFLIS, PDREP.
4. Understanding of DoD, USMC, and MCSC documentation and processes.

Preferred Requirements

1. Secret clearance, with ability to obtain TS.

Physical & Work Environment

Includes typical office conditions, with physical activities such as walking, sitting, lifting objects up to 30 pounds, and visual requirements.
