Job summary

ICON is seeking a Logistics Analyst to manage end-to-end fleet operations, dispatching for raw materials and 3D printer components. The role ensures safe, on-time, cost-efficient delivery to internal operations and customer sites nationwide.

You will oversee DOT compliance, vehicle uptime, and fleet telematics while coordinating with field teams and carriers to maintain real-time visibility across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in logistics, fleet management, or dispatch coordination in construction, manufacturing, or tech.
• Bachelor’s in related field or significant related experience.
• Experience with fleet maintenance programs and vehicle lifecycle operations.
• Familiarity with DOT regulatory compliance and HOS management.
• Track record coordinating time-sensitive deliveries in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with fleet management/telematics platforms and ERP systems.
• Strong analytics and ability to build dashboards and KPI scorecards.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and material handling best practices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch refill trucks to customer jobsites; align delivery timing with active print operations.
• Oversee FormCrete discharge and monitor truck recharge workflow with a target of ≤30 min from arrival to departure.
• Confirm material availability before dispatch; dispatch flex trucks per BOM.
• Track deliveries in real time and provide updates to project teams; coordinate bulk tanker operations.
• Plan and monitor transport of raw materials and printers components nationwide; optimize routes to reduce costs.
• Coordinate shipments with carriers and field teams; monitor performance and resolve delays.
