Job summary

Pulmuone is seeking a Logistics Analyst II to coordinate daily outbound transportation, tender loads to carriers, and monitor shipment status to ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery. You will manage PODs, invoices, and carrier claims while maintaining accurate records in the TMS and ERP systems.

The role requires 3 years of logistics experience, a relevant degree or equivalent, and strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, logistics or related field.
• 3 years of hands-on trucking, transportation, or logistics operations experience.
• Experience with carrier tendering, shipment coordination, and TMS.
• Knowledge of DOT and Hours of Service requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily outbound transportation needs.
• Tender loads to carriers to support on-time pickup and delivery.
• Monitor carrier tender acceptance and follow up on unaccepted shipments.
• Arrange backup carrier coverage within six hours when needed.
• Communicate with carriers and internal teams on schedules and issues.
• Process PODs, invoices, and carrier claims timely.
• Maintain accurate shipment data in TMS and ERP systems.
