Job summary

Rivet is seeking a Logistics Analyst - Disbursing Support in San Diego, CA to support shipboard disbursing and Navy Cash programs for CNAF aircraft carriers. The role requires in-depth logistics experience within the U.S.

military, with training and analysis responsibilities across shipboard systems and readiness metrics. The position emphasizes analytical reporting, training delivery, and collaboration with Disbursing Officers to optimize disbursing processes and supply operations on Navy

Qualifications

• 15 years of logistics experience in the U.S. military preferred.
• Associate's degree in logistics or business required.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel and Outlook) is required.
• Experience with Navy ERP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze and determine LCM capabilities for shipboard systems (UMIDS, DDS, WINIATS, ATM, Navy Cash) as they apply to CNAF aircraft carriers.
• Provide training for CNAF aircraft carriers utilizing these systems.
• Prepare reports and submit results with recommendations for improvements for inspections and assessments.
• Participate in future technology initiatives related to shipboard services operations.
• Assist with implementation, monitoring, and training for the DDS across CNAF aircraft carriers.
• Analyze shipboard services operations, cost-wise readiness, and initiatives affecting supported activities.
• Identify barriers affecting shipboard services operations under CNAF/CNAP and provide mitigation recommendations.
