You will support internal and external customers by analyzing transportation data, resolving OS&D cases, and producing routine and ad hoc reporting to drive timely decisions.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree in Business or Supply Chain, strong Excel/MS Office skills, and the ability to coordinate complex cases with accuracy and urgency in a fast-paced,

Competenze

• 4-year degree required; Bachelor's in Business, Operations Management, or Supply Chain/Logistics preferred.
• Strong analytical competency and understanding of transportation-related processes.
• Proficient Excel and MS Office; data visualization is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines while communicating effectively with partners.

Mansioni

• Serve as process owner for service, volumetric, and project analytics tied to product flow.
• Resolve OS&D cases by investigating shipment records and proof of delivery.
• Coordinate returns, inspections, dispositions, claims, and case follow-up.
• Measure carrier and network performance against targets and translate findings into insights.
