Job summary

Panduit is seeking a Logistics Analyst to drive end-to-end supply chain performance across planning, sourcing, manufacturing and delivery. You will transform data into action, identify root causes, and lead strategic projects with global teams.

Ideal candidate has 5–7 years in supply chain, strong SQL/BI skills, and Lean/Kaizen experience. This hybrid role requires in-office presence 50% of the time with a competitive base salary and benefits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience in supply chain.
  • 5–7 years of supply chain experience.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools, and Lean/Kaizen methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, source, make, and deliver products using data-driven analysis to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
  • Lead and execute strategic supply chain projects, supporting global initiatives as a subject matter expert.
  • Optimize service, cost, quality, and KPIs through continuous improvement and targeted supply chain solutions.
  • Represent Supply Chain in PLM and develop inventory strategies for new product launches and discontinuations.
