Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of global logistics strategy across carriers and third-party logistics providers


• Direct and support quarterly business reviews, including agendas, scorecards, presentations, action logs, follow-ups, and accountability


• Develop and manage logistics partner collaborations, performance discussions, challenges, and service upgrades


• Own recurring or systemic carrier and service-provider issues, identify root causes, coordinate corrective actions, and drive sustained improvement


• Serve as expert for Transportation Management System onboarding for external carriers and suppliers


• Analyze global transportation cost, service, capacity, tendering, transit, and exception data; identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities


• Manage contracts, requests for proposals, and rate reviews


• Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, governance documents, meeting templates, and knowledge repositories


• Coordinate central initiatives and network changes across regional logistics and cross-functional business teams


• Develop TMS knowledge and cross-train on essential team processes for onboarding, knowledge sharing, and backup coverage

Requirements

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain operations, carrier or third-party logistics management, sourcing, service-provider performance management, or business analysis


• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, operations, economics, or another relevant field preferred, or equivalent professional experience


• Demonstrated business insight and ability to connect logistics activity and performance to cost, service, risk, customer impact, and broader supply chain objectives


• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills


• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency


• Experience with Power BI, transportation management systems, SQL, Snowflake, or other supply chain technologies desired but not required


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to interpret performance data, identify root causes, and convert findings into practical recommendations and action plans


• Organized, accountable, and comfortable leading multiple priorities across global time zones with limited supervision


• Candidates must be authorized to work in the job posting location on a full-time basis without current or future visa sponsorship
