Logistics Administrator

Taunton, MA (Commutable from Brockton, Fall River, New Bedford, Attleboro, Bridgewater, Raynham, Norton, Middleborough, Plymouth, Providence RI)

Are you a Logistics or Shipping Administrator with international shipping experience, looking for a permanent, Monday to Friday role, where you are trusted to run your own area?

On offer is a stable, site-based position with a global manufacturer, working 8:00am to 5:00pm with no weekends and no shifts, paying a quarterly bonus on top of salary, where you manage your own workload rather than being watched over, and where the company funds the certifications and cross-training that make you harder to replace. The department is being restructured, so there is scope to grow with it.

This company is a global manufacturer operating across several countries, working to ISO and customer audit standards in a tightly controlled, high-specification environment. They have a strong reputation for looking after their people, back that up with a formal training and competency framework, and promote from within wherever they can.

In the role you will receive and inspect incoming materials against purchase orders, complete ERP transactions covering receipts, transfers and full lot traceability, and prepare domestic and international shipments including packing lists, commercial invoices and export documentation. You will maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, keep the area audit ready, and work closely with planning, purchasing, manufacturing, quality and customer service, as well as carriers and suppliers.

This role would suit a Logistics Administrator, Shipping Coordinator or Export Administrator with international shipping experience, looking for a long-term, stable position with training and a step up into a more technical, compliance-led environment.

The Role:

• Receiving, ERP transactions and inventory accuracy, plus domestic and international shipments with export documentation and carrier bookings through UPS and FedEx
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, permanent and site based, with funded certifications and cross-training
• Quarterly bonus on top of salary, and scope to grow as the department restructures

The Candidate:

• International shipping experience, including hands-on carrier work with UPS, FedEx or similar
• Experience working with an ERP system for inventory transactions
• Must qualify as a US Person under ITAR (US citizen, lawful permanent resident or protected individual)
