Tessera is seeking an intelligent and talented Logistics Administrative Support with a professional attitude.
This position is expected to start up November 01, 2026.
Typical duties
- Input accurate tracking information into the Enterprise Military Housing (EMH) Web-based platform
- Monitor inventory levels, perform digital cycle counts, investigate stock discrepancies, and reconcile system data with physical counts on the warehouse floor
- Schedule freight appointments, check in delivery drivers, assign loading docks, and print picking tickets and shipping labels for the floor team
- Act as the primary liaison between warehouse operations, customer service, purchasing, and external freight carriers to resolve shipping delays or order errors
- Collaborate with Fort Stewart Garrison, Department of Public Works, Housing Division personnel to maintain warehouse operations
- Assist with light warehouse tasks as needed, including locating misplaced stock, labeling packages, and inspecting incoming goods for damage.
- Conduct office hours at the Furniture Management Office/Warehouse Visual inspection of products.
- Maintain accountability of Hand Receipts for all Housing Furniture.
- Provide signatures to clear out‑going Soldiers from the Furniture Management Office.
- Maintain a highly organized and professional reception area.
- Monitor and uphold workplace cleanliness and safety standards, ensuring walkways remain clear of hazards and communal areas comply with Division policy.

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical in a warehouse environment preferred.
- Familiarity with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite) is highly sought.
- High level of accuracy in data entry preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
- May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.
- Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking.
- Standing or sitting for several hours at a time, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and up and down stairs may also be required.
- Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time.
Requirements
- A valid state driver's license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance.
