B&S International is seeking a Logistics Administrative Assistant to help manage goods flow via containers and coordinate with purchasing, sales and warehouse teams. You will book containers and optimize pricing while preparing the Bill of Lading and verifying invoices.

The role requires Dutch and English proficiency, a proactive and detail‑oriented mindset, and a customer‑oriented approach. This position offers growth opportunities and training as needed.

Qualifications

• MBO 4 degree, preferably in logistics.
• Work experience in a similar position is a plus; training provided if needed.
• Proficient in Dutch and English.
• Hands-on, proactive and accurate with strong customer orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Book containers.
• Collaborate with departments and shipping lines to handle orders and find departure points with best pricing.
• Prepare the Bill of Lading (BL) and verify invoices.
• Monitor planning activities and provide timely status updates to all departments.
