Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC in Clyde, OH seeks an organized office administrator to support pallet tracking, audit driver logs, and manage returns from the private fleet. You’ll coordinate shipments, respond to customer inquiries, and support safety compliance from the location.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, with compensation of $20.28/hour plus a $1.00 shift differential ($21.28/hour). A $1500 retention bonus is offered after 120 days of employment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of general office experience required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
• AS400 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Various office and administrative duties, email, and miscellaneous reporting.
• Answering phone calls & emails.
• Coordinating shipments from warehouse to the plant.
• Communication with the customer.
• Involve Safety team as required by location.
• Prioritize workload and flexibility to adjust based on position requirements.
• Daily compliance reports.
• Other projects and tasks assigned by supervisor.
