Job summary

Penske Logistics in Clyde, OH is seeking a warehouse associate responsible for daily/weekly pallet tracking, driver log audits, DOT file tracking, and return goods coordination.

This role includes administrative duties, customer communication, and Safety collaboration, with benefits like PTO, health, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401K. Schedule is Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7am; pay is $20.28/hr plus $1 shift differential; a $1500 retention bonus is offered after 120 days.

Qualifications

• 2 years of general office experience required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
• AS400 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Various office and administrative duties, email, and miscellaneous reporting
• Answering phone calls & emails
• Coordinating shipments from warehouse to the plant
• Communication with the customer
• Involve Safety team as required by location
• Prioritize workload and have flexibility to adjust based on position requirements
• Daily compliance reports
• Other projects and tasks assigned by supervisor
