Job summary

Dynamo Technologies LLC seeks a Logistics Acquisition Manager - FIAR SME to serve as the primary contact between financial auditors and AFMC Depot Centers, ensuring compliance with reporting standards and driving improvements in financial and operational management. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

The position supports HQ AFMC mission and involves regular travel to AFMC locations for audit readiness, process reengineering, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities and tight deadlines, and maintain detailed project plans and workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communications and change management, planning and prioritization skills.
• Possess and demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills to build relationships with key internal stakeholders responsible for decision making.
• Expert senior leadership presentation and briefing skills
• Experience in process reengineering and improvement initiatives, including process mapping, gap analysis, and process optimization techniques.
• U.S. citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Review audit reports, processes, and documentation to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings between auditors and Depot Centers to ensure understanding of financial reporting requirements and audit processes.
• Work with Depot Centers to implement financial improvements, update policies and train staff.
• Assist with development and responses to audit readiness plans and corrective action plans to address audit findings.
• Respond to financial audit findings and help create and review corrective action plans.
• Participate in process reengineering to improve management processes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and guide Depot Centers on best practices and audit processes.
