Job summary

Credence is seeking a FIAR Support Analyst to support AFLCMC/FM-FZ at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will apply DoW and Air Force finance policies, develop corrective action plans, and ensure audit readiness across FP&A, logistics, and acquisition functions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to transform raw data into actionable insights in Power BI, maintain system access, and provide regular leadership briefings on FIAR metrics and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field required.
• Three years of relevant USAF accounting/finance experience and/or DFAS operations required.
• Secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain system access to PIEE modules, ADVANA/FASTR, ART, SVT, and TMT.
• Apply Air Force and DoW regulations to financial and business processes.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and audit readiness for financial transactions.
• Develop and manage Corrective Action Plans in response to audit findings.
• Develop KPIs to track FIAR compliance efforts and provide status updates.
• Analyze current processes and controls to recommend improvements and document flows.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to design data models for Power BI insights.
• Support training and communications related to FIAR across the center.
