Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a FIAR Support Analyst to support AFLCMC/FM-FZ at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will manage audit readiness, develop KPIs, and collaborate with IPTs to resolve findings.

The role involves data modeling for Power BI, regulatory compliance, and liaison duties with IPA auditors. The ideal candidate has a Secret clearance, a bachelor’s in accounting/finance/business, and at least three years of USAF/DFAS experience, including audit procedures.

Qualifications

• Clearance: Secret.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Three years of USAF accounting/finance and/or DFAS operations experience, including audit procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain system access for PIEE modules, ADVANA/FASTR, ART/S/SVT, and TMT.
• Apply federal and Air Force finance regulations to ensure GAAP compliance.
• Develop and manage Corrective Action Plans for audit findings and deficiencies.
• Create and track KPIs for FIAR compliance progress.
• Prepare regular status reports for government leadership.
• Analyze processes and controls to recommend improvements and document processes.
• Identify FIAR roadblocks and support remediation efforts, including materiality considerations.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis for identified deficiencies and document findings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design data models for insights in Power BI or similar tools.
• Digitize FIAR infrastructure using robotics, ML, and AI where possible.
• Assist with PBC/sample research and surge support during audit fieldwork.
• Coordinate with AFLCMC process owners and IPA auditors; support site visits and information requests.
• Facilitate cross-functional IPTs to ensure unified FIAR compliance.
• Monitor ART, SVT, and TMT items to ensure timely resolution with owners.
• Develop training materials to increase FIAR knowledge across the center.
• Assist with strategic communications, including briefing materials and MS Teams management.
