Responsibilities

• Hunting for new business: proactively pursue new customers via cold calls, prospecting, networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Getting in front of customers: build relationships through in-person meetings, events, and networking.
• Driving revenue: own your territory and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Prospecting daily: identify potential customers and initiate outreach.
• Selling solutions: provide consultative logistics and supply chain solutions.
• Building relationships: engage via phone, email, video, and in-person.
• Growing your book of business: manage and nurture accounts from scratch.
• Managing the sales cycle: take opportunities from discovery to close.
• Representing England Logistics at trade shows and events to uncover new business.
• Collaborating: work with Operations, Customer Success, and Leadership on territory plans.
• Delivering results: aim to exceed weekly, quarterly, and annual goals.
• Being coachable: benefit from coaching and development to maximize success.
