Job summary

Beemac Logistics is seeking motivated sales professionals to build and grow a personal portfolio in the transportation and logistics sector. You will prospect, contact, and network to develop new business while serving as the primary liaison for customers.

Qualifications

Previous sales or customer service experience.
Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.
Hungry, hunter mentality and results-driven mindset.
Full-time availability in office (Mon–Fri).

Responsibilities

Build and grow your own portfolio of clients in transportation and logistics.
Prospect and develop new business through calls, emails, and networking.
Manage relationships as the primary point of contact for your customers.
Use McLeod software and external load boards to find carriers and negotiate rates.
Collaborate with operations to coordinate and track shipments.
Use phone, email, and messaging tools to drive daily sales activity.
Use innovative technology and AI integration daily for pricing, operations, load booking, etc.
