Job summary

Beemac Logistics in the United States is seeking motivated sales candidates to own and grow their book of business in transportation and logistics.

This role offers the potential to reach six figures within 18 months through uncapped commission and a base salary, with a 24-hour decision promise.\n\nYou will build relationships, prospect new clients, coordinate with operations, and use McLeod CRM and load boards to negotiate rates and schedule shipments.

• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.

• Full-time availability in office (Mon-Fri).

Responsibilities

• Build and grow your own client portfolio in logistics.
• Prospect and develop new business via calls, emails, and networking.
• Manage relationships as the primary client contact.
• Use McLeod software and load boards to find carriers and negotiate rates.
• Collaborate with operations to coordinate and track shipments.
• Drive daily sales activity using phone, email, and messaging tools.
• Leverage AI pricing and operations tools in daily processes.

What You’ll Do

• Build and grow your own portfolio of clients in the transportation and logistics industry
• Prospect and develop new business through calls, emails, and networking
• Manage relationships as the primary point of contact for your customers
• Use McLeod software and external load boards to find carriers and negotiate rates
• Collaborate with operations to coordinate and track shipments
• Use phone, email, and messaging tools to drive daily sales activity
• Use innovative technology and AI integration daily for pricing, operations, load booking, etc
