Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Assist in managing customer transportation and logistics needs with internal teams and partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, carrier sales, and finance to align efforts and improve processes.
• Monitor client feedback and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery.
• Support Account Managers in executing strategic account initiatives including planning and performance tracking.
• Adhere to company policies, regulatory standards and ethical business practices.
• Contribute to innovation and process improvement in account management.
• Prepare accurate reports and presentations with data-driven insights.
